“Joint clinical interpretation of structural and small variants in whole genomes for the diagnosis of genetic disorders”.

Melanie Babcock, Ph.D., Director, Clinical Interpretation, will walk through several case studies that demonstrate how Fabric Enterprise enables the joint interpretation of both small and structural variants through rich genome and clinical annotations with advanced machine learning methods. The case studies will focus on patients with rare genetic disorders. Participants will walk away with knowledge on how to operationalize a comprehensive and efficient clinical variant interpretation workflow from real-world scenarios.
